Dynaflow, Inc. is a small business. As such, the technical staff regularly interacts with one another. Dynaflow, Inc. is organized with a project management focus. The project manager regularly meets with those working on the project, assigns tasks, solves problems, and coordinates the efforts. In addition, weekly technical staff meetings are conducted where the progress of each project is reviewed with the president and the balance of the technical staff. Adherence to schedule and plans is monitored and resources allocated.

Dynaflow, Inc. has a quality management system in place that is utilized for all deliverables including reports, hardware, software, and data. Monitoring is done through the periodic meetings and reviews discussed above. In addition each team member's project manager for a given task will be assigned the task of monitoring and assuring work quality on a continuing basis.
